Pricing Overview

This Pricing Page serves as official notification to any user of Summit CRM of the monthly recurring subscription and additional costs associated with their CRM purchase. The prices displayed below are subject to change at any time at Summit CRM's discretion without notification of its' users.

You are only able to purchase a subscription after indicating that you have read the Summit CRM Pricing Page and agree to its' contents.

Users agree that you are responsible for self managing your subscription payments & card updates by visiting [Settings] > [Company Billing] within your Summit CRM account.

Users agree they are responsible for fully monitoring their active usage, billing and charges. Summit CRM is not responsible for over-spending by the user and these charges are non-refundable.

User agrees that SMS/Text attempts whether successfully sent and or attempted and failed will still be charged by the carrier.

SMS/call fees for the following may occur if activated:

Activating your local or toll-free phone number.

Sending your first sms or making/receiving calls.

Wallet Explanation

Thresholds for text/call billing can be customized inside of your "Settings > Company Billing" to your liking and work as so:

A user will add $X to their Summit CRM wallet for sms/calls/emails. As you send messages, the cost is deducted from your wallet. After your wallet drops below your selected threshold amount, the wallet is replenished with $X.

It is the users responsibility to pause any active campaigns to "draft" mode to stop any remaining campaigns from sending to prevent additional charges.

Charge balance can be delayed up to 24 hours, your shown balance may have additional charges still pending from texts/emails that were already sent and you will have additional charges if you have unpaid remaining balance after an account cancellation.

You may view exact cost of your usage by tapping on your [Settings] > [Company Billing] > [See More] under your threshold billing.

CRM Monthly Subscription

Summit CRM provides (2) subscription options:

$99.00 per month on a month-to-month basis - no contracts; cancel any time.

$597.00 per month on a month-to-month basis - no contracts; cancel any time.

Phone/Email Costs

Pricing will occur as following:

1. Phone Numbers

All the phone numbers are charged monthly based on the number types. Below is the list of pricing for different number types available in the
US/Canada:

Local Numbers: $1.49/ month

Toll-Free Numbers: $2.79/ month

2. Messaging Service - SMS

The SMS pricing is based on the number of segments a message has, the pricing in US/Canada is as follows:

Outbound SMS: $0.0103/ segment*

Inbound SMS: $0.0103/ segment*

*1 segment is equal to an SMS of 160 characters.

$10 will give you about 970 segments

3. Messaging Service - MMS

The MMS pricing is based on the number of segments a message comprising of, the pricing for US/Canada is as follows:

Outbound SMS: $0.026/ segment (From local and toll-free numbers)

Inbound SMS: $0.013/ segment (To local numbers, $0.026 to toll-free numbers)

4. Voice Calls

The Voice calls pricing is based on the duration of the call in minutes, the pricing for the US/Canada is as follows:

Outbound Call: $0.0182/ minute (From local and toll-free numbers)

Inbound Call: $0.0111/ minute

$10 will give you about 550 outbound/900 inbound calls

5. Carrier Charges

SMS carrier fees are charges that are applied by the recipients carrier to the sender, These charges + SMS charge is the total cost to send an SMS. Some carriers charge fees on long code SMS (messages sent from a 10-digit US/Canada number). Other carriers only charge fees for SMS sent from a Short code number

Additional Costs

These services are completely optional and not required for use of the CRM.

1. Phone System

- Number validation - Carrier Lookup: $0.005/ validation

- Client Minutes for Calling $0.004 per minute, already included in the outgoing call charges shared above

- Call Recording: $0.0025 per minute of recording

- Call Recording storage: $0.0005 per minute of recording per month

- Call Transcription: $0.024 per minute

- Answering Machine Detection: $0.0075 per call where it is used

- Voicemail drops: $0.0180/ minute, same charge as an outgoing call

- Conference Calls: $0.0018 per minute per participant

2. Email

- Email Verification: $0.003/ verification

$10 will give you about 3335 Email Verifications

3. Content AI

- $0.126/ 1000 words

- $0.084/ Image

4. Premium Triggers & Actions

- $0.015/ workflow premium actions

5. Conversation AI

- $0.03/ message

Miscellaneous Information

Any declined subscription payment will restrict a user from accessing or using continued features of Summit CRM until all debt is resolved. If debt is not resolved within 7 days the account will be cancelled and the user removed from Summit CRM along with all data, edits, conversations, phone numbers, and all other relative edits or custom setups will be deleted permanently.

Any and all remaining credit balance is non-refundable upon account cancellation.

By signing up for Summit CRM, you agree that these costs are estimations as additional per-use fees may include mobile carrier fees for SMS & Phone calls which are controlled by the receiving carriers.

All fees, charges, and transactions will be viewable & accessible through your account dashboard for full transparency and on a per use basis. We recommend sending individual or small number of SMS/Phone usage to get a gauge at costs which can be view under your [Settings] > [Billing] > [Credits] > [See More].

Current SMS cap is 5,000 SMS Segments per day, contact support if planning to send mass campaigns exceeding these amounts.
